Web site development can be a frustrating and expensive project if not managed properly. Hilty Moore & Associates does not design or program web sites but we provide total project management services.
We have observed over the years many that many web development firms just start the project will very little concern over the working elements or content of the web site. HM&A takes a different approach. Much like you would not build a house without blueprints, we feel you should not build a web site without a detailed site spec --- the blueprints. HM&A provides our clients with complete blueprints of the site, including content, links, and definition of page elements. We provide a complete analysis of how the user will interact with the site and assist develop the proper marketing message. We then work with graphic designers and programs to build the site on time and on budget.

Requires more resources up front but it eliminates later changes

The output will be a complete plan for the development of the site with a targeted deadline.
