WebQuest’s Online Surveying
HM&A has updated WebQuest ™ services to include enhanced on-line, web-based surveying of customers, prospective customers and other targeted audiences important to our clients.
A number of our clients have recently used this service to poll selected firms from their customer base regarding customer satisfaction. In this way, clients have learned how their customers value the products and services that are being provided. We find that client customers enjoy the option of going to a secure web-based survey -- located on the HM&A website -- answering the questions we are posing on behalf of our clients, and then sharing other observations about how our clients might expand or otherwise improve their products and services. In these cases, the surveys are always attributed – that is, the client is identified to their customer respondents, who tend to be more direct in their responses.
In addition, when we are evaluating our client vs. their primary competition, clients also learn how well their own products and service offerings stack up against key competitors. In some instances, we have also been able to identify some leading technology trends that may impact our clients’ current product line offering.
